Episode 11 - Diana Cregan - Back to Work Roadmap
Tuesday Aug 10, 2021
Tuesday Aug 10, 2021
After years as a consultant, recruiter, trainer, coach and mum, Diana felt stuck, frustrated, disappointed and quite anxious that she would never find direction or purpose beyond the home again and it wasn’t until her early 40’s when she finally realised (in her words) ‘what I wanted to be when I grew up!’
She realised that her experience of feeling terribly lost about what she wanted to do was incredibly common.
Diana could see so many other women feeling exactly the same way, and she realised there was an incredible opportunity to help and support these women as they navigated the process of re-connecting with their professional identity.
This was when Diana decided to develop a program to support mums wanting to go back to work. To get them past the fear and overwhelm and help them see, they have significant worth and value outside the home as well.

Episode 6 - Creating a Renegade - Sally Willbanks
Tuesday Jul 06, 2021
Tuesday Jul 06, 2021
This week I have the founder of a clothing brand (ND Renegade) Sally Willbanks with me on the podcast.
ND Renegade is a husband-and-wife team whose mission it is to engage people in a discussion about neurodiversity.
Sally has taken on this battle because she has two neurodivergent children, a daughter who is autistic, ADHD and dyspraxic, and a son who is autistic, ADHD and has anxiety disorder.
Both are gifted, and both are incredible.
All too often when people think of autism, ADHD, and other neurological differences, they only see the difficulties that go along with these conditions,
In the words of Temple Grandin, neurodivergent people are "different, not less", and Sally is aiming to make this known.
